Former Eastern Block and DOM Banks - Credit Cards
It has come to our attention that banks from former Eastern Block countries are being used by criminals to promote pyramid and advance credit/debit card fee schemes. Please exercise extreme caution when dealing with individuals purporting to represent or utilize banks located in such areas as Albania, Latvia, Slovenia, Slovakia or other former Eastern Block country.
There have also been reports of con artitsts using the Dominion of Melchizedek in the South Pacific to establish brass plate banks to perform fraudulent activities. Please exercise extreme caution when dealing with anyone claiming to have access to funds or programs from any jurisdiction that you do not recognize.
