Goldhaven Information Systems was formed by author and consultant Matt Blackman in 1997 to assist those utilizing or requiring information about the offshore world. Goldhaven provides a news service as well as leadership and guidance in setting up offshore investments, corporations, trusts, or using offshore jurisdictions. Over the years it has helped people in all aspects of the offshore investment world in North America and around the world. Matt Blackman has been involved with international offshore investments since 1993 when he established a business in Costa Rica. Subsequently he has visited and written about many other offshore jurisdictions in the Caribbean and elsewhere. Mr. Blackman is author of the book Costa Rica: How to Find Prosperity in Paradise that provides facts, figures and insights into doing business in that country. He has written articles for Offshore Outlook Magazine, Offshore AmeriCan Magazine, Offshore Finance Canada, Offshore Finance U.S.A. and Shore to Shore Magazine which is the official magazine to the Offshore Institute. He assisted Walter H. and Dorothy B. Diamond with quarterly updates for their 3 volume work entitled Tax Havens of the World. |
